How can I personalized the doll?

To personalize the doll, go to the cart and enter a name or short sentence (maximum 12 letters) in the : "order special instructions" box.

I will embroider a name on the doll's leg or on the selected part of the product.

How are orders packed?

I pack your orders personally and try to make each package a gift and a little treasure, by adding cute, illustrated tags to each order. I only use natural packaging materials, however for international shipments, we take extra precautions by enclosing the box in a protective mailer bag, ensuring that your precious doll arrives safely to its new home, no matter how far it travels.

Care

I recommend spot cleaning only for dolls and hand washing doll clothing, laying flat to dry.

Each doll is made with love and is meant to be adored, cuddled and played with. They don't need to stay up on a shelf but gentle play is recommended for longevity and to pass along as an heirloom.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping

All UAE orders are shipped via Emirates Post and tracking will be included with every order. Regular orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days following receipt of purchase - not including national holidays. Made-to-order dolls are shipped after produced. Please allow 1 week after purchase prior to shipping.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed orders caused by the postal service.

International shipping

All international orders are shipped using Emirates Post. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow at least an additional 3-4 weeks shipping time for International orders.
